Your attention is directed to some of the company’s terms and conditions of sale, including acceptance of quotations .

 

The company accepts no responsibility for delays in the supply of goods caused by manufacturer’s inability to supply on time.

 

Delivery of goods is subject to credit approval and our trading terms are 30 days .NET.

 

All goods delivered must be checked by the customer within 14 days of invoice and discrepancies noted to Suncoast Building Centre. No claims for delivery errors will be processed after 14 days from invoice date.

 

Goods specially made to customer specifications and those manufactured only upon customers order are non returnable.

 

Other goods may be returned for a credit by prior mutual arrangement provided they are in their original condition and packaging but will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge or manufacturers surcharge, whichever is greater.

 

We do not accept responsibility for delays in the supply of goods for reasons beyond our control.
